an old man now....

SO....Dave has been wanting to shave his head for a while and finally I agreed to do it but we thought it would be fun to do a Mohawk for a few days- Where he works from home it was easy to do and it is SO FUNNY to see the reactions from people! If you know a Tidwell at all, you know they love to get a reaction!! My mom's face was the best...and dave's dad was hilarious!

This weekend was the Viewmont dance concert and this is Bonnie's final year at viewmont. So to celebrate her many years teaching she invited the alumni to come and perform at the spring concert. Dave teases that I am a total SUPER SENIOR, but I have to admit that it has been so fun to dance again! We have been practicing since the middle of February and I am going to miss it! It's amazing that you can just forget something that you love so much...I am determined to find a dance class and keep dancing!! If anything it's a good workout!!

So fun that Celesta and I and her girls all got to be there together!!

And last but not least...I am officially 27!! Happy birthday!! Usually I say that birthdays are not what they used to be, but my Hubby did so good this year!! He took the whole day off of work- So, he got up with Dax at 5 AM (don't ask me why he was awake...), he let me sleep in, we went to breakfast at Doug and Emmies, then we went down to gateway and saw 17Again (SO GOOD!! I loved it!! Zac Effron can not only act, but he's also fun to look at....:)) and then we went down to Nordstom...holy cow that place is so nice!! It was a total glimpse of heaven!! And then of course we ate at the Cheese Cake Factory-- YUMMY!! Such a fun day! Thanks Babe!! Your the best!!

Cade asked...."how old are you mom??" I replied, "27" and he said, "are you an old man now??" So FUNNY! He cracks me up!!

SPRING BREAK WAHOO!!!

We had a fun and busy, crazy spring break- and I am ready to be back in school!! (but I'm not ready for the laundry and the house cleaning and cooking to start again...)
Celesta, Cassie and I decided at the last minute to go down to St. George for a few days with all the kids...that's right, three adults (no husbands came- except Celesta's Dave came down for a few nights and then flew home) and TEN kids!! It was so fun!! The kids all did great and it was nice to just relax and play. We spent the days at the park, in the water and one day hiking (well, an hour hiking)!! The weather was great and it definitely got me excited for summer!

Love these kids!! It was so fun to have some girls around!! Cali was my little buddy- she sat by me in the front and we sang Taylor Swift all week- such a cutie...I'm glad I have SOME girls in my life- and even though they aren't mine, I claim them as my own. Thanks for sharing your girlie's with me!

We got spoiled to have Cassie and her family here for two weeks! We had to say goodbye yesterday and I have to do all I can just to hold the tears back. I hate to say goodbye! Taylor is such a character! She is one happy child- she loves people and she knows how to show it!! And sweet baby Jack- I can't stand that he is going to be HUGE next time I see him. He is such a happy baby! We love you guys thanks for playing with us!! We miss you already!

I LOVE EASTER!! I love the spring time feel in the air, the colors, everything about it! We had fun parties with egg hunts and lots of food! We are so blessed to be surrounded by our families who we love so much! We always make fun memories and it's so fun to see the kids grow up together! I am also so very grateful for our Savior, who made it possible for us to be with our families throughout eternity!
