We had a CHOO-CHOO- TRAIN party for Dax this year. He is loving all things trains- so he got a Geotrax train set. He LOVES it!
Things about our DAX MAN at age TWO...
He Loves to watch NEMO and SHARK TALES (only those two and nothing else- ALL day, and you don't really watch them, you just like to have them on!)
You think you are a big boy and run around with your brothers like you own the place.
The pantry is your official "pooping palace"
You suddenly love nursery and your teachers tell us you LOVE to sing! You know all the actions to popcorn popping and sing out a few words here and there...
You like to say "OWWWW CHARLIE!" and you have the accent down!
You are starting to talk really well, but you mostly prefer to suck on your silky

cade has all kinds of names for you, a few that have made it on the list are-
bob, dan, don, Washington bobble head, (he picks a name and it sticks for a couple days- drives me absolutely CRAZY, but cade thinks it's hilarious!)
We love you Daxton so much! And are so grateful to have you in our family! Happy birthday!!

in LOVING memory of Grandpa Larsen...

My Grandpa passed away a few weeks before Christmas and I just wanted to dedicate this post to him!! I have very special memories of my Grandpa. He was such an amazing man! He is so family oriented and everything he did was centered around the Savior and his family. He was so giving and so loving. I LOVED hearing stories about him when he was younger and I know anyone who knew him, knew that he lived a life full of service and love. My most favorite thing about my grandpa is how silly he is! Even though his hearing was bad, he loved to be surrounded by friends and family. He always had a few jokes to tell, and ice cream to serve.(That LOVE of ice-cream has come through down through the line, to my dad an onto me. Ice-cream is an essential in our house, right next to bread and milk!)
Grandpa, thanks for being such an amazing example to me. You hold such a special place in my heart and I can't wait to see you again. I want to try and live my life in a way that you would be proud of! I am so Grateful to have been able to know you, and for my kids to have known you. We love you, and we can't wait to have
"Ice-Cream in Heaven..." with you!! Love Always...Jessica June
